Sleeping Room Accommodations
The Plaza will block a combination of up to 30 rooms for your guests at a discounted wedding rate.
The room block may be increased as it fills. Other discounts do not apply to blocks.
Tentative Hold Policy
Ballrooms may be held tentatively for one week without deposit. Should another party wish to book on your held date, you are given first right of refusal during the hold period.
A deposit in the amount of the hall rental is required to book a wedding reception with us.
Two additional $1,000 deposits are due six months and three months prior to the wedding.
The estimated final balance is due the Wednesday before your wedding date.
All pre-payments are non-refundable and will be applied toward your final bill.
